When forming a question, please be as specific as possible. Keep in mind that you should ask questions pertinent to you and your growth in life, not questions about others.

Privacy and confidentiality is of the upmost importance and integrity.

Keep in mind that you are ultimately responsible for your decisions and I am in no way suggesting you do one thing over another. I'm simply here to advise you as a tarot consultant. We have the capability of shaping our future and every decision we make in life effects the outcome of our future. Please note that nothing is set in stone, and our future is what we make of it. We are responsible for our own personal journey in life. Knowing that, I wanted to reiterate that tarot is only the most likely outcome at this point in time. As with all energy, futures may fluctuate as well. It's our responsibility to take advantage of our knowledge and be proactive in our life.

I reserve the right to deny services to individuals for any reason. If services have not been provided at time of denial of services, I will refund 100% of the money minus Ebay fees when they are applied.

 I will call United States and Canada landlines and cell phone numbers. I will call landlines only in United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Italy, Puerto Rico, and Spain.  I will consider Skype or email services for other countries It is your responsibility to provide me the correct phone number / dialing instructions. If I incur phone charges outside of my normal and usual costs (for example, charges for cell phone calls in United Kingdom) I will bill client for exact phone charges.

All services must be prepaid.

 Purchasing services is an acknowlegment, agreement and acceptance of these terms.

Readings are not refundable as long as the service is provided. In the event I am unable to give you the reading because of an emergency situation beyond my control and the reading cannot be performed, you will be given the option to have a refund of 100% of the reading amount or choose to reschedule the appointment.

If you have ordered a reading, it is your responsibility to schedule, confirm your appointment and provide me with an active phone number. No refunds are given because you did not schedule a reading. You have three months after purchase to schedule and receive your appointment, after that, you are no longer eligible for refund.

 No refund is given if service is provided.

Readings must be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance. If not, refund is void. You may reschedule your reading 12 hours with advance notice one time, but will become void after that point. If you do not show for your reading, your refund is void, and you are alloted only one opportunity to reschedule the reading.
